Scranton Prep knew they needed to start too fast, they called on just the right man. Tae Weeks took the opening kickoff 91 yards to the house setting the stage for a dominating shutout victory over the Knights.

After forcing the Knights to punt on their opening drive the Cavilers would march downfield with an 8-play, 58-yard drive that was capped off when Quarterback Louis Paris took it in from 2 yards giving the Cavilers a 14-0 lead with 2:52 left to play in the first.

The Struggles would continue for the Knights as they had a muffed punt on their own 10-yard line that would set up the Cavilers 1st and goal heading into the second quarter. It wouldn’t take long for the Cavilers to strike again as on their second play of the second quarter backup Quarterback Tyler Mackrell who took over for an injured Louis Paris, took it in from 8 yards out giving the Cavilers a 21-0 lead with 11:06 left in the second quarter.

The Cavilers found the endzone once again with 6:56 left in the half when Liam Barrett took a handoff bounced outside, and went 41 yards untouched for the score furthering the Cavilers 28-0 as we went into the half.

Kicker Jack Hartshorn would hit from 23 yards out with 1:56 left in the third to give the Cavilers a 31-0 lead, then would hit from 27 yards out in the fourth quarter with 4:36 left in the game to give the Cavilers a 34-0 lead and cap off a dominating night.
