Who is your favorite sports star and why?
My favorite sports star would have to be Kobe Bryant. I chose Kobe because of the amount of work he put in without anyone watching. When he was playing very well, he didn’t get cocky. He was always under control and handled pressure like a star should.
Why do you play football?
I play football because it’s an outlet from reality. It allows you to become something special. I also play for my family, and all the younger kids who look up to me.
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like?
My older brother is my mentor. The way he carries himself on and off the field is the reason I have a lot of respect for him. He is very humble and tackles any opportunity that is given to him. That is why he is my mentor.
Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
My grandmother. She travels no matter how far the game is, and will continue too till she can’t breathe. She is the heart and soul of our football team as well by cooking our team meals and always being the loudest in the stands.
