Why do you play football? 

I play football because it’s home to me. Like it’s an escape from reality and I love football overall.

What has been your best memory from football so far? 

My best memory is when I took a 79-yard interception to the house in the state final! Longest pick-six recorded ever in 1A football.

Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?

My favorite pro athlete is Jamal Adams, a few years ago I wanted to stop playing football altogether because it was working for me and I stumbled across a video of him before an LSU game. His motivational speeches before the game and he said don’t quit this is for you. So I took that and got a state ring now.

Who is your biggest fan and why? 

My biggest fan was my old coach/uncle who passed away, uncle Eddie Albert.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?  

I now look up to Jamal Adams after a few years ago.

What is your desired major in college?  

I want to be a nurse.

Coming off a year with COVID struggles what do you think this year will be like?

It’s my last year and I’m gonna make it count by any means.

Favorite play to run?

My favorite play to run isn’t an offensive play like people would say but it’s any zone coverage I believe I’m one of the best zone coverage safety.

What is your personal goal for this season?

My personal goal for this season is to just blow up and make it big.

Favorite pre-game meal?

My favorite pregame meal is grilled nuggets from Chick-fil-A.

Sports movie?

My favorite sports movie is when The Game Stands Tall. It’s just so good.

Sport you’d love to play but can’t?

I really like volleyball. In gym class, it was my favorite.

Most embarrassing sports moment?

Jeanette’s first touchdown was on me. We were in man and even though he pushed off pretty excessively there’s no excuse. And when I got a personal flag in the states game, I just lost my composure.

What are you looking forward to most this year?

I’m looking forward to showing people what I can do. I’m not a role player I’m just a player.

Favorite activities?

I love making music but I’m always shy to show people my music.
