Head Coach Anthony Shermeyer said “Tommy came on towards the end of his junior season last year. He started playing Defensive End the last four games of the year and and displayed a quick burst off the edge. We are looking for Tommy to play a big role for us in the passing game this year as well as being a disruptive presence off the edge on defense.”
When did you start playing football and why do you play?
I started playing football in 4th grade, and I started playing because I loved watching Rob Gronkowski play for the patriots.
Who is your favorite athlete of all time and why?
I would have to say Calvin Johnson, simply because of his size, speed and the fact he would get double teamed and still end up making the play.
What is your favorite memory from last season?
I would say beating one of our rivals Spring Grove and getting a big sack late in the game to pretty much seal the w.
What is one thing you wish you could change about last season?
I really wish we could have beaten Northern York in round one of playoffs.
What is one goal you have for yourself this season?
To rack up 1000 receiving yards for the season.
What is one goal you have for the team this season?
Obtain a home playoff game and win it to make a run deep into 5A district playoffs.
What is next for you after high school football? Are you talking to coaches? Offers?
I really want to go to college to further my athletic and academic career at the next level. I have been talking with a lot of coaches and I have a lot of interest with Millersville. No offers yet.

Penn State
If you could play another position what would it be?
Quarterback or Kicker
When your not playing football, what do you like to do?
I like to spend time with family, play xbox, and work on my car.
Who is your biggest role model and why?
I would have to say my brother Tyler, because he played football before me and ultimately got me into it as he coached me in elementary. He is always there for me and continuously helps me strive to be a better football player.
What is the best football game you have ever watched?
Super Bowl 51 with the Patriots and Falcons.
