2 year starter on the offensive line, 23 career starts, was a 2022 honorable mention selection. Named the L-L Quarterback Club section 2 lineman of the week twice for weeks 1 and 6 this season. 2023 second team OT. He is a mauler in the run game and has only given up 2 sacks this year in pass protection. Has helped pave the way for our offense to gain 2,363 rushing yards and 2,910 passing yards this season. Leader of our offensive line group.

Coach Hahn says “We are moving Tyler to center this year. We want to be strong in the middle and build everything around him. Tyler will anchor the line alongside three other returning lineman this year. He is a versatile player, who brings every down. Tyler is looking forward to a great senior year. He is getting interest from some Division 2 and 3 programs at this time.

Why do you play football?
I like the determination you need to have and also that how you work in the off-season translates to how you play.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
Jason Kelce because of his personality and how well he played football.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
When we played in Deleware last year on the final play we won on a Hail Mary throw which was really cool to watch and be apart of.
What was last years season like for you?
It was a lot of fun and I made a lot of memories with my teammates
What are your goals for this coming season?
To get all state honors.
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
I didn’t block against him much but probably Riley Robell in my sophomore year.
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
Last year I watched the whiteout game in person which was really cool to experience that atmosphere.
Describe what the perfect teammate is
A great leader on and off the field also someone who leads by example
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
It teaches kids hard work, determination, and lots of other life skills.
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Score a touchdown
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
In football it is Jason Kelce because of how good he was and also the kind of teammate that he was.
What is your favorite practice drill? What is your least favorite practice drill?
My favorite one is king of the hill during inside run and my least favorite one is pursuit drill.

A great team bonding time
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
Hunting because I grew up doing it and I enjoy spending time outside.
