LET’S GET TO KNOW CARTER
Why do you play football?
I play football because I love the character it builds. It build great work ethic hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard, it builds a great mental strength because if you mess up you have to brush the play off, and most importantly it builds family with guys you play with everyday.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
he isn’t a football player but Anthony Edward’s. I admire his work ethic, his confidence, and his mentality towards games and other players
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
In middle school it was against central we where down 7, i got the ball got caught in traffic spun out of it and ran for a 40 yard touchdown
What was last years season like for you?
It was up and down but overall it was a good learning experience with a bunch of great players.
What are your goals for this coming season?
One goal I have is for the team to make a district game, another would be for me to rush over 1000 yards
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
Definitely Andrew Osmund, he is currently at Fordham University he was a great athlete and a great leader it was great to play with him.
What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?
Bloomsburg or Shippensburg would be great.
What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
The Steelers had been my favorite football team since i was little
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
steelers vs ravens on christmas where antonio brown reached his arm out for a touchdown for the game winner i have a clear memory of that and it was such a great play by AB
What would you do to improve the recruiting process?
Definitely email as much coaches as possible
Describe what the perfect teammate is
They don’t have to be good at football just someone that is uplifting on the highs and the lows
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
It’s good because at my games at least we get packed crowds and i think it’s just a good way for the community to come and enjoy a football game
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Play collegiate sports
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
both my mom and dad they have worked their butts off to give me and my little sister the lives we have and I owe it all to them
What is your favorite practice drill? What is your least favorite practice drill?
Preseason Two a Days are:
Perfect I never run from the work and enjoy being with the team
Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
Honestly chilling with the family or going on walks
What is your favorite football memory to date?
this year when we beat down on Eastern
What is your favorite play to run?
I’d have to say any type of zone is fun to run
is a hot dog a sandwich?
yes it’s between a slice of bread

What is your favorite vacation destination?
can’t ever go wrong with ocean city the board walk is amazing
