The Central York program is no stranger to having stellar athletes. The Pribulas brothers, Matthew Parker, Saxton Suchanik, Malachi Ramnath, Juelz Goff to name a few. Add wide receiver Brendy Smith to that list. The incoming senior committed to Kent State in June. Last season he was picked for All-State after hauling in 69 catches for over 1000 yards.
His head coach, Gerry Yonchiuk, says “Brendyn Smith runs tremendous routes and has break away speed. He was timed at 4.41 in the forty at two college camps this summer. He is a threat to go the distance any time the ball is in his hands. He had 69 receptions as a junior and is poised for an even bigger senior season”!
