Coach Says: Isaiah is a three-year starting tailback with 9 D1 & D1AA offers to date. He led Lancaster-Lebanon Section I in rushing both his sophomore and junior year and was offensive back of the year in Section I his junior year. He was voted captain his junior year and was the heart and soul of our team. He’s explosive, elusive, and powerful out of the backfield.
Why do you play football?
Football is everything to me. It is my escape and all I’ve ever known, it also is a provider for me and my future.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
Max Holloway because of how he carries himself and his stand and deliver fight style
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
Probably my sophomore year 80 yard touchdown where I spun out of 2 separate piles and scored
What was last years season like for you?
Last season wasn’t as expected but it gives us a chip on our shoulder for this season
What are your goals for this coming season?
Go 1-0 every week. Break school rushing yards record
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
Kevin Brown
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
Notre Dame vs Penn State orange bowl because I was there and the atmosphere was ecstatic
Describe what the perfect teammate is
Someone who is a grinder. Doesn’t complain when tired. Does what’s necessary for team success. Holds everyone accountable.
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
Football is great for a community because it gives people an excuse and a reason to go out and cheer for young men fighting for what they want to accomplish
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Anything is possible.
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
My mentor is my trainer and uncle Phil Olsen, because of the person he is, giving back to the community, helping people, being selfless, and God-centered

My auntie, because she is always the loudest one in the stands yelling whether I’m in the end zone, making a tackle, or taking the hit.
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
Gaming, it’s calming and allows me to chill out after a long day

Best thing you ever got from a teammate? Why?
A pair of cleats, I had to wear a brace on my ankle and none of my cleats fit with the brace, luckily my teammate came in with the save.
