Head Coach: Jeff Weachter

Offensive keys to winning: McDevitt has a balanced attack, triggered by freshman sensation Stone Saunders at QB, Saunders has throw for nearly 2800 yards with a gaudy 43-4 TD to INT ratio. When putting the ball in the air the Crusaders have 3 D1 commits/recruits in Easterly (ODU) , Foster (undecided ODU/Marshall 5 MAC), and Scott. McDevitt’s must get their ground game going, to trigger their air game. Williams(PSU/ND offers) and Bowers both provide power and speed, they have combined for 2,500+ yards
Defensive Keys to winning: The Crusaders DL will be the key to controlling the Quips offense, if they can own the line of scrimmage and pressure the QB, it will allow McDevitt’s outstanding LB corps to flow to the ball and make plays, as they have all season. Last week against Shanahan Kinsey’s pick six was the winning margin that got the Crusaders to Hershey.
