Why do you play football?
I try to glorify God in every way possible because He gave me these talents and even the gift of being able to play in a great community and a great team. So especially this year I want to bring light to the team and even the community so that we all can be a family in Him.

Who is your favorite sports star and why?
This is someone not many people would think of but Kadarius Toney and I choose him just because I love watching him and how freakishly athletic he is.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
This past year at Central Columbia it was 4th down and it was about to be halftime. So coach Wicks called a timeout to draw up a play and I was running a bubble from the three spot. It wasn’t even really supposed to go to me because let’s be real who throws a bubble from 30 yards out with 4 seconds left. So we go line up and I run the bubble and I look around and I was wide open so I gave Wade a little hand signal to throw me the ball. He throws me the ball and I catch it and start running. On the film you can see my coach rip his headset off and starts walking down the sideline frustrated. But about 4 seconds later I end up in the end zone and I just remember talking to everyone on the team about how mad coach Wicks was and how lucky I was to score.

What are your goals for this coming season?
I don’t have many goals I just want to have a great season and be a role model for my younger teammates.

What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?
I would love to go to Autzen Stadium out in Oregon for a game. Always been an Oregon fan and would love to experience a game.

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
I am a huge steelers fan. Hopefully we can get it together this year!

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game and why?
Our game against Mifflinburg this year was honestly my favorite even though it was pouring and freezing and not as many people went because of it. But this was my favorite game because that was when our team came together and we’re like alright this is not going to be our last game together. This was a game we wanted to win so bad and we needed to to go to playoffs. We ended up on top which was a great feeling especially because Mifflinburg is our rival. This was the game for our seniors I’d say.

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
Coach Carter because the coach reminds me of a coach I had when I was in 8th grade and it was VERY humbling.

What cartoon character do you think your head coach most resembles.
I would probably say goofy. He has a good sense of humor and he’s usually laughing or making a joke at something.

If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?
I know everyone can hear this that watches our stream on facebook live but my mom says “SUGAR COOKIES” or I just hear her scream “Come on Caaaaaam!”

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
I would love to come back and coach with coach Wicks and everyone on the staff. I have another career in mind but I would love to come back and coach for the home town.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
I would love to play soccer again. I used to play back in the day and now I really miss it but I know I can’t because I love football. Same with baseball I LOVE playing baseball but it’s just unfortunate that it’s in the same season as track.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
My freshman year in our playoff game against Athens at home I had a very embarrassing moment. So first of all I went up for a layup which got blocked into the wall which they called a foul (wasn’t a foul). Then I get to the foul line and I shoot the free throw and it looks like it’s going right in but nope it hits absolutely nothing and you just hear the thud on the ground and I just realized I air-balled a free throw in front of just about everyone in the town of Lewisburg.
Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
I love fishing and playing video games with my friends or brothers.

What is your favorite football memory to date?
I just loved my entire freshman year as a whole.

What is your favorite play to run?
I have to be a little careful for the coaches reading this haha. I’m not super picky about plays buy I just love any play that I get the ball!!

What scares you the most?
Heights and flying

Music of choice:
Gospel (love to listen to this before games to remember who i’m really playing for)

What was your favorite gift as a little boy? Why?
I used to love using my toy weed whacker to go around my house and act like my dad by “cutting” the grass and weeds.

What restaurant is your go to when you need a big meal?
I could always go for some Applebees. We usually go there after games and it never disappoints.

Which one? Sheetz or Wawa
WAWA most definitely!!!!!! I love Wawa I even have a shirt that says (I ❤️ WaWa). Great food and great service I love it!

What is your favorite vacation destination?
I love Charleston SC. It’s a beautiful area and I love the beaches and the heat.

Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?
Can’t remember that one.
