Coach Says: Cooper is a very versatile running back. He has great speed, agility, vision, & can also catch the ball. He had strong sophomore & junior seasons & is poised for a strong senior campaign.
Why do you play football?
I play football because I enjoy being part of the team and being with my friends.
It’s gameday! What are you looking forward to the most?
I look forward to walking out and hearing Enter Sandman. Hearing that gets the team fired up and ready for the first drive.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
Saquon Barkley. Because I always watched him and he’s just a really good running back.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
The first play of the Milton game last year. I had a big run breaking some tackles and ultimately scoring.
What was last years season like for you?
I feel like that last 3 seasons have been really good for me.
What are your goals for this coming season?
Winning district/state championship

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
I would have to say the 2014 coal bucket game because it was a crazy game where it went into overtime and we eventually won.
What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
Longest Yard because Adam Sandler is in it and it’s just a funny movie.
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Get a sack
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
I would have to say my brother because I always looked up to him as a kid and he is always supporting me.

If you could only drive one car for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I like to golf and fish because they are things that I enjoy to relax and have fun.

Beating Southern my sophomore year it was a great game that we won by 1.
