Selinsgrove defeats Shikellamy to keep the Rally in the Valley Title

Tucker Teats of the Seals returned a punt all the way for a score in the opening period of the game. The Seals were then at their 42-yard line when Tucker Teats makes an attempt to rush for it and scores his second rushing touchdown of the contest. The seals lead 14-6 after a rushing touchdown by the Braves’ number 28 Thomas Pollock, but they were unable to add the extra point.

Then, from their own 43-yard line, the seals’ Tucker Teats scores his third touchdown of the contest. The seals were up 28-6 after number 4 Caleb Hicks scored a throwing touchdown from Mark Pastore.

Number 26 of the Seals, Devon Mitchell, sacked the quarterback and retrieved the ball in the second quarter. Next play was a rushing touchdown by Tucker Teats, giving him a total of four for the contest. Then, from the Braves’ 26-yard line, Seals running back Ethan Miller leaps into the end zone for a rushing touchdown, giving the Seals a 42-6 lead. Asher Moyer, then intercepts the ball before the half.

Number 7 for the Seals, Brett Rice, scored a rushing touchdown in the third quarter from the seals’ 31-yard line. The seals then sign rookie quarterback Rocco Amato, wearing the number 18. Number 2 Bysaire Baez of the Braves caught a touchdown pass from number 12 Brody Rebuck. After Charlie Walter received a pass from Brody Rebuck, the braves scored on a 2-point play.

The Seals’ number 7 running back Brett Rice scores his second rushing touchdown of the game in the fourth quarter. The ball is then taken away from a Braves wide receiver by Andrew Gesumaria, who then successfully recovers it.
