Why do you play football? 

Malex: Love of the game, it teaches me so much about life.

What has been your best memory from football so far? 

Malex: Last year as a Sophomore we weren’t very good but we won our first game I scored 2 touchdowns and I led the team to the win.

Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?

Malex: Drew Brees, he’s a quarterback and I love what he does and play like him. 

Who is your biggest fan and why? 

Malex: My mom, because she is at every game and loves watching us play even if we’re not doing good she’s there to support us.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?  

Malex: My father, he taught me everything I know and taught me the ropes of QB since he was a QB in high school. 

What is your desired major in college? 

Malex: Undecided

What are some team goals for this upcoming season? 

Malex: Winning record, get to the district five championship game.

How has COVID-19 affected you?

Malex: Lifting and stuff has been difficult we have to wear masks and a lot of kids aren’t showing up it makes it hard to practice.

Favorite play to run?

Malex: Corner or post corner pass.

What is your personal goal for this season?

Malex: At least 1,000 passing and rushing yards.

Favorite pre-game meal?

Malex: Any kind of pasta.

Sports movie?

Malex: Remember the Titans

Sport you’d love to play but can’t? 

Malex: Hockey

Is a hot dog a sandwich? 

Malex: Yes

Favorite activities?

Malex: Hunting, fishing, church, and hanging out with friends.
