Berlin Scores 27 unanswered to Advance to 5-0

It was a battle of two undefeated teams in tonight’s matchup as 4-0 Berlin took on 4-0 Windber. Windber started off strong with a 49 yard run touchdown by running back John Shuster to make it 7-0 Windber in the first. Windber would force a couple turnovers in the first half and take advantage of it. Berlin couldn’t get anything going on offense except for the last drive of the half but they would fumble inside the red zone right before halftime. Windber would lead 14-0 at the end of the first half. Berlin came out strong to start the second half as they would keep it on the ground and run it down the field. Will Spochart would take it in for a 2 yard touchdown. After that touchdown all momentum went to Berlin. Windber would fumble on three straight possessions and Berlin would take advantage of it! Berlin scored 27 unanswered to beat Windber 27-14 and will remain undefeated going to 5–0. As for Windber they will fall to 4-1.
