Will Spochart explodes for 281 Rushing yards and 5TDs as Berlin rolls over Township in 49-0 Win.

The Berlin Mountaineers traveled to Conemaugh township to take on the Indians in a week 2 matchup! Berlin started off the game with a heavy dose of run offense! Will spochart started his monster night with a early Touchdown in the 1st. Later on in the first Quarter Will ran a quarterback draw and cut to the outside and took it 57 yards to the house. Early in the second Townships Quarterback Tanner Shirley throws an interception to Will Spochart and he takes it all the way back for a Pick 6 making it 21-0! After the half Berlin started off the second half with a heavy dose of running! Berlin ran the ball down the field as will takes it in for his 4th touchdown of the game on a 20 yard run! Wills night would end with an impressive 281 rushing yards and 5 Total TDs ( 4 on offense and 1 on defense ) Berlin would accumulate about 400 rushing yards of offense and almost 600 yards total. Berlin wasn’t just impressive on offense, on the defensive side they accounted 2 Interceptions and a fumble recovery. Charlie Fisher would return one for a Pick 6 as Hunter Gerber would strip the ball. Also This is Berlins second straight week as they hold the opposing team to 0 points. Berlin would win 49-0. Berlin will face Blacklick next week at home for their Homecoming game!
