Why do you play football?
Derek: It’s a game that allows you to be legally violent and let out frustrations.
What has been your best memory from football so far?
Derek: Three a day’s with the boys Junior year.
Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?
Derek: Aaron Donald, technique and efficiency is unmatched.
Who is your biggest fan and why?
Derek: My mom, she’ll always be my biggest fan.
Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?
Derek: Mike Petrof, 2020 graduate.
What is your desired major in college?
Derek: Political Science
How has COVID-19 affected you?
Derek: Kept me away from the facilities and the boys.
Favorite play to run?
Derek: Trap blocks
What is your personal goal for this season?
Derek: All-state offensive and defensive lineman as well as be a team captain. Also, beat a school record.
Favorite pre-game meal?
Derek: Chicken and rice

Derek: We Are Marshall

Derek: Hockey
