Why do you play football?
Kyler: I play football because I love the game, my teammates, and winning championships.
What has been your best memory from football so far?
Kyler: My best memory would have to be our 2020 state playoff run and district championship.
Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?
Kyler: Luke Kuechly, because he is extremely humble, a great leader, and has great football instincts
Who is your biggest fan and why?
Kyler: My biggest fan is my Mom because after every play I make I can always hear her cheering for me!
Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?
Kyler: I look up to my Dad because he always puts our family before himself and is always honest with me.
What is your desired major in college?
Kyler: My desired major in college is elementary education/ special education.
What are some team goals for this upcoming season?
Kyler: As a team, there is nothing we want more than another district title. To be able to 3-peat would be awesome.
How has COVID-19 affected you?
Kyler: COVID-19 has had a great effect on me as an athlete. I used the time to get bigger, faster, and stronger during quarantine and gained 15 pounds.
Favorite play to run?
Kyler: My favorite play to run is any play that gives me an opportunity to get a Tackle for a loss!
What is your personal goal for this season?
Kyler: My personal goals for this season are to be an all-state linebacker and to help my team win another district championship.
Favorite pre-game meal?
Kyler: Chicken
Sports movie?
Kyler: The Waterboy
Sport you’d love to play but can’t?
Kyler: I’d love to run track but I can’t because it’s during baseball season.
Favorite activities?
Kyler: hunting and lifting
