Why do you play football?

I play football because I love playing the sport, the sense of family aspect of being a team, the opportunity to further my education at the next level, and preparing me to be a better person.

What has been your best memory from football so far?

My sophomore year after we beat Sharon to go to semis.

Who is your biggest fan and why?

I would say my biggest fan would have to be both of my parents. They have been watching me for over ten years now and they fully support my dreams and goals as a football player.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?

The person I look up to as a role model would have to be my Dad. He has helped me through my whole life with and without sports. He has really helped me understand my values of family and hard work as well as giving me great advice.

What is your desired major in college?

My desired major in college would be either athletic training or physical therapy.

Most embarrassing sports moment?

My most embarrassing sports moment would have to be when I was in Jr High track at a big invitational and I fell over two hurdles in the 110m hurdles.

What are you looking forward to most this year?

I am looking forward to the football season and hopefully making it back to states and showing everyone what Bald Eagle football truly is.

Why should fans come to see Bald Eagle play this season?

Fans should come to watch us play this year because through this offseason we have all gotten better. We are changing some stuff with the team and will be more electrifying and exciting to watch this season.

Track or football. Which do you enjoy the most?

Football, I love the contact and physicality of the game. The team bonding and sense of brotherhood stands out and we all love to go out and compete with each other.

Which away game do you look the most forward to?

I look forward to the Bellefonte and Penns Valley games. Those guys always come out and bring some good competition.

What is the best advice you have ever received from a coach? Which coach was it?

I talked to some college coaches about my film about playing at wide receiver. He basically gave me some pointers on route running and I believe it truly helped. It was Coach Schurr at Culver-Stockton.

What is the toughest part of practice?

The toughest part of practice would have to be defensive back indys. We are constantly moving around with no breaks and working on our fundamentals.

What advice would you give an incoming 7th grader about playing football or running track for your school?

The advice I would give for football would be to always show up to off-season workouts and practice when you can. It may not seem like much but getting after it in the weight room really helps, and then just bettering yourself on the field and polishing your game will really benefit you when the season comes around.
