What are your expectations for your team this year?
We hope to be competitive in a strong Heritage Conference. We have a new double-A team coming in with Cambria Heights, plus a combined high school program with Blairsville and Saltsburg. There are also other strong teams returning such as Marion Center, Purchase Line, West Shamokin, Northern Cambria, Penns Manor and United. Our goal is to get better each day in the fundamentals and schemes that we employ.
When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success?
We have to have good balance, and we must run the ball more effectively this season. Our line has some size, and they need to improve each day/week.
When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success?
We must be more disciplined and tackle better as a team.
Players we should keep an eye on?
Walbeck; Noah Henry (Sr TE/LB, 6-1 220-was injured all of last season);
Jr Cole McAnulty 5-10, 180 (will be our new QB);
Jr C/DL Aiden Bekina, 6-0, 230 (will be new starter)
