WORDS FROM THE HEAD COACH:

Caleb quickly became our “go to guy” in the passing game last season, his size (6″3″ 200 lbs) and athletic abilities creates match up problems for any defense. On defense, he demonstrated great discipline and tenacity as he made it very difficult for offenses to get the edge or throw to the flats.

What is the best part of being a student-athlete at Northern Cambria High School ?
For a small school, we have a lot of talented athletes that get a lot of support from the parents and community.

How long have you been playing football(any level) ?
Since I was in 6th grade, so 7 years.

Of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with what made it so good ?
Probably Cambria Heights, because they’re our long standing rival and both communities come out in support of their team.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense ? Explain:
Either or, because I know both sides could execute.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest achievement ?
Winning the District 6 Championship game my Sophomore year.

What was the high point of the 2023 season ?
I don’t really feel there was a high point, I mean we had a 10 game win streak but we were expected to return back to the District 6 Championship and we fell short of that.

What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2024 ?
Their attitude and leadership, no matter what went on, spirits were always high.

What are your goals for the 2024 season ?
Make it to District 6 Championship.

Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
I don’t really have one, I like a lot of them for many different reasons.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
Probably my second touchdown catch I had on a hitch and go against our rivals.

Who is the best player(s) you have ever lined up against and what team did they play for ?
Ethan Black from Conemaugh Township.

What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
Penn State white-out game.

What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
Pittsburgh Penguins, I’ve always liked them growing up.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
The District 6 Championship game I played in my Sophomore year, it was such a tough battle between both teams and the atmosphere was awesome.

What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
Major League, because it’s funny.

Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
Win a state championship.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
Water Polo or Rugby.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
Missing a wide open dunk in basketball.

When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why ?
Probably fishing, because it’s so relaxing.

Sheetz, closest in my area.

What is your favorite vacation destination ?
Any place that has a beach.

Heights

Favorite Fast Food/Burger place and why ?
Chipotle, because they have the best burritos.

Have you ever been to a professional sports game, which ones ?
I’ve been to a Pittsburgh Steeler’s game before along with a Pittsburgh Penguins game.

NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAF, NFL, Which league is the best and why ?
NFL, because of all the talent.

What is your favorite video game, on mobile and or console ?
Clash Royale

What toppings go on your favorite pizza ?
Pepperoni or Bacon

Math

Korn

Airplane, Boat, or Vehicle(motorcycles included), how would you travel and to where ?
Airplane to Italy.

Name one thing in life(NOT SPORTS RELATED) you would like to achieve:
Giving back to my parents for everything they’ve done for me.

Location you think would be the best place to live(ie: island, mountains, city, etc) ? Explain why:
Somewhere countryside and private, that way I have lots of land and I am away from people.
