Coach Says: Gage is a great two-way player for us! He has started on the offensive line for the last two seasons. He is one of our leaders on and off the field. This upcoming season we feel Gage will be a huge part of determining our team’s success.

What is the best part of being a student-athlete for the Eagles ?
The culture and fans, we are all like neighbors, family and always loving one another.

Why do you play football ?
My dad and pap convinced me when I was 7 to try it out and I fell in love right away. The game, my teammates and everything about it.

How long have you been playing football(any level) ?
10 years

It’s GameDay !! What are you looking forward to the most ?
The team prayer right before we go out, to have that moment of peace where it’s nothing but us and god.

Of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with what made it so good ?
Bellefonte, the fans are always fired up and it’s a big rivalry. Every year both teams are going in to dominate. It’s an awesome feeling going out knowing your brothers are gonna go out there and fight with everything they got right by your side.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense ? Explain:
Defense, because I feel I have a lot more talent and skill on defense and I can read an offense better than a defense.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest achievement ?
Winning team district titles in football and wrestling.

What was the high point of the 2024 season ?
Toward the end of the season where we sat down like a family and figured out our issues and built a little momentum back up.

What are your goals for the 2025 season ?
District Title then State Title.

What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2025 ?
All of my best friends leaving to go play ball or pursue careers.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like the most, and why ?
My dad, he’s always been by my side through the good and bad times but no matter what, he loved me and trained with me and taught me everything I know.

Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
Spencer Lee as a wrestler, to me, he embodies heart and determination and overcoming adversity.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
Heavy, where we let the lineman catch a direct snap and it’s straight smash mouth downhill football.

Who is the best player(s) you have ever lined up against and what team did they play for ?
Brayden Ewing from Tyrone was the hardest person to play against, he was great and I have so much respect for him.

What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
I’d love to be in Tiger stadium.

What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
The Philadelphia Eagles, I love the culture they have and the love for each other.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
Greater-Johnstown was the most nail biting, down to the wire game I ever played and I love watching it for film.

What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
Remember the Titans, it’s the greatest sports movie without a doubt to me.

Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
Win the Heisman.

Baseball

What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
When a snap hit my butt my first game at center and we turned it over.

When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why ?
Fishing, I love the peace, nature and time with god.

Sheetz, it has the best food and drinks.

What is your favorite vacation destination ?
Montana

If you were handed a lot of money, what would be the first thing you would do with it ?
Invest it.

Loss of family.
