Coach Says: Issac enters his second season with the program after establishing himself as one of the top cornerbacks in the conference during his junior year. His strong play in the secondary earned him Renda Media Honorable Mention honors and showed the type of impact he can make on the field.
Last season, Issac totaled 32 tackles and 2 interceptions while consistently matching up against opposing playmakers. His athleticism and competitiveness made him a key part of our defense throughout the year.
This offseason, Issac has fully committed himself in the weight room and has taken major strides physically. Because of his growth and versatility, we expect him to contribute on both sides of the ball during his senior season.
What separates Issac is the passion and intensity he brings every time he steps on the field. The way he plays the game cannot be taught, and that relentless energy will be a major reason for his success this season. We are excited to see the impact he will make during his senior year.
Why do you play football?
I play football because it’s something that makes me happy and forget about all the struggles life gives you. When you’re on the field all you can think is football.

Jaylen Ramsey because he is an amazing defensive player and I try to play like he does.

I love watching Ravens vs Steelers because of the rivalry. Rivalry games are my favorite to watch because each team tries their hardest.
What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
The sandlot. It’s a classic and it’s cool to see a group of friends hanging out and playing the sport they love while doing so.
