Bishop McCort Pours on the Offense to Defeat Marion Center 33-0

Bishop McCort took down Marion Center 33-0 on Friday night in the District 6 Semifinals at Sargent’s Stadium @ The Point
McCort’s offense was led by Senior QB Angelo Gallucci who finished the game with 118 Passing yards and 2 Passing touchdowns and 135 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown. McCort’s defense held strong all game not giving up a single touchdown, giving the Crushers their fourth shutout of the season.
Marion Center struggled on offense when Senior Quarterback Camden Rising exited the game during the opening drive due to an injury. The Stingers had to rely on their run game where Mike Fabri accumulated 71 yards on 15 carries. Backup QB Troy Slovinsky threw for for 53 yards on 9 completions.
Bishop McCort will have a rematch against Richland next week in the District 6 2A Championship at Mansion Park in Altoona. The winner will face off against the winner of D8-1 or D9-1 vs D10-1.
