Penns Valley hasn’t played Bellwood-Antis in the regular season in many years. The return to play wasn’t kind to Bellwood as the Rams were all over the Blue Devils for a 42-0 win securing 2 home field playoff games.
Ty Watson scored first on a one yard run in the first quarter, then a turnover led to a Jackson Romig to Miles Brooks pass from 6 yards out making it 14-0 with 8:01 in the first. Then Romig hit Brooks for a 49 yard td to make it 21-0 with 4:38 left in the 1st quarter. On the very next BA series Micah Good picked off a pass and rambled 40 yards. With 2:18 left in the 1st quarter PV 28. BA 0
Things didn’t get much better for Bellwood in the second quarter. Jackson Romig to John Meyers for a 36 yard td invoked the mercy rule for the second half. Brooks closed out the scoring with a 37 yard pick 6.
