2020Pine-RichlandMLB

Heart, team, and commitment have been the core of my football philosophy. I play MLB, RB, and special teams. Some accomplishments I’m most proud of include 2018 Pine-Richland Special Players Player of the Year and Freshman Team MVP. I am deeply honored to be asked by Coach Kasperowicz to wear #6 this season. It’s a special number at PR. As you look back at videos from previous years, look for the #28 jersey. But as you view video for this upcoming 2019 season, look for #6!

Who is your favorite sports star and why?

Ryan Shazier. He’s a great football player played the same position I do and for my favorite team, The Steelers. I also think that his road to recovery is inspiring.

Why do you play football?

I play football because I’ve always loved the sport and had lots of fun playing it.

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?

Waterboy. It’s a great movie, and it’s hilarious

If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?

They’re usually just yelling my name, and encouraging me to go out there and hit someone

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like?

My trainer, James Lederach. He’s a great person guy, smart and funny. And he’s helped a lot of kids get faster and bigger for the sport they love to play.

Tell everyone something about you that would make them laugh out loud:

I used to eat sugar out of the bowl when I was a kid. One day my brothers switched it with salt and I ate a straight spoonful of salt.

Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?

My Grandma. She tries to make it down to my games, even though she lives an hour away. If she can’t, she’ll text me about the game.

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

I’m usually playing Xbox with my friends or playing basketball
