Why do you play football?

Cole: I play because I love contact, I love my teammates and coaches. My father played at Belle Vernon and is in the Belle Vernon Hall of fame and played football and baseball at WVU.. so I want to follow in his footsteps but it will be football and wrestling.

Cole: Don’t really have one, not real big into watching other people play, I want to be on the field or mat!!

What are your goals for this coming season?

Cole: I want to win a WPIAL championship, we lost to Thomas Jefferson last year in the championship at Heinz Field, actually are only two losses were to them.. then see what happens in the state playoffs.. as an individual my first goal is to stay healthy, continue to be better on the classroom, but want to be all-state 1st team linebacker!! I want to find a school after September 1st who wants a player like me!!!

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?

If I wanted to go he made sure I was there!!! My dad did whatever it took to help make me into the player I am… he’s the hardest worker I ever saw. He loves his family!!

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t?
