Deer Lakes is coming off of an 0-7 season and your last winning season was back in the 2015-2016 season. What will it take for you guys to have a winning season this year?

For us to ensure a winning season we need to work as 1 unit and not as individuals.

Do you prefer offensive line or a defensive line? Why?

I prefer offensive line because I feel more confident in being able to read the defensive.

Your hudl highlight against Burrell shows your ability to come off of a blocker and turn around and get downfield to make the tackle. What is your biggest strength as a defensive lineman?

I’d say my biggest strength as a defensive lineman is my ability to feel pressure from the double teams.

Against Yough you just manhandled the smaller guy in front of you. As an offensive lineman do you rely more on power or another ability? Which ability?

On offense, I rely on footwork and driving my feet.

At 6-3, 305 pounds you have the size to play at the next level. Is this a goal of yours? Have you heard from any college coaches? Can you name a few?

Since I was in middle school I’ve dreamed about playing in Colledge. I’ve not heard from any Colledge’s as of now.

What are you looking most forward to this season?

I’m looking forward to having fun and bonding with the rest of the team and hopefully going out with a bang and having a winning season.

What has been your most memorable moment on the field?

The most memorable moment I’ve had on the field is opening up a hole in a middle school game for our running back to score the winning touchdown.

Which road stadium do you enjoy playing at the most?

Burrell is definitely my favorite road stadium to play at because of the rivalry and the energy from the crowd.

What is your favorite type of music?

I’d have to say country is my favorite music.

Where is your favorite food to eat?

Favorite food is definitely a ribeye steak.
