Being a lefty do you think it gives you many advantages as a quarterback?
It’s more of a disadvantage. The receivers seem to complain that they are more used to the rotation of a right-handed thrower.
In watching your hudl highlights you seem as dangerous as a passer or as a runner. Is there a quarterback that you pattern your game from?
Josh Allen. He’s got a cannon for an arm but isn’t afraid to scramble when he needs to.
What are your personal goals for the upcoming season?
Win the section and go far in playoffs.
What will it take for the team to make a deep playoff run this season?
Everyone needs to buy in and work well with each other.
How long have you played football?
Since 3rd grade.
Do you play any other sports? If yes which ones?
Yes, I play baseball.
Pro or college sports which do you prefer?
College sports, I like the atmosphere a lot more.
What is your favorite type of music?
Rap.
What is the best advice you have received when it comes to playing sports and who gave the advice to you?
You’ve just got to buy in and play hard no matter the circumstances. I don’t remember who gave me the advice.
Who is the one teammate you can lean on when you are having a bad game?
All of my linemen. If I’m having a rough drive or quarter I know they are going to keep me protected and keep giving me opportunities to get it done.
