Why do you play football?
I just love the game in general, I love the competition that I have to bring to the table, I like working out with other people, being a leader, I enjoy all the friends that I make and the interesting people I meet along the way, and my favorite thing about it is the bonds that you create with the coaches and players that will last a lifetime.

Who is your favorite sports star and why?
My favorite sports star is a man by the name of Brandon Burlsworth. He’s my favorite sports star because he came in to college ball as a walk on and not many people believed in him but he showed them that he was strong head grit and was a force to be reckoned with and became an all American. I try to base my football career off of him because I wanna show everybody that I i’m a force to be reckoned with two and if you don’t get out of my way you’re going to get flattened.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
My favorite play that I remember was during sophomore year on the first play of the game when I was skip pulling around our double-team to go pick up a backer and I was able to create a wide lane for one of our running backs that was carrying the ball and he was able to have a clean lane to the end zone.

What are your goals for this coming season?
I’ve been able to sack the quarterback every year since freshman year so one of my main goals is to keep that streak running all the way to the end of senior year.

What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?
I would love to visit Penn state stadium on white out night.

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
The New England Patriots for football.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game and why?
The pro football game that is my favorite was the New England Patriots versing the Green Bay Packers. The lineman by the name of Dan Connell, ran a 71 yard kick off return down the field.

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
The movie that I would watch multiple times is The Longest Yard with Adam Sandler. The reason I would watch this movie is because it is a hilarious comedy that also has an underlying underdog story.

What cartoon character do you think your head coach most resembles.
The cartoon character that resembles my head coach is Raphael from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?
“Number 69 get in there and knock someone down”, my mom.

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
The one thing that I would love to do in football but I never can would be to be on the kick off return team and catch the ball and run it all the way down the field to the opposite end zone.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
My mentor is my father. He has set the example throughout my life and has taught me a strong worth ethic, to always stick to my values, and to have manners and be polite to everyone I meet.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
I would love to play rugby at my school but my school does not offer it.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
My most embarrassing sports moment was during my freshman and sophomore years of football I would always get so hyped up for the game that when we would pack for away games I would forget my cleats in my locker and my mom would have to run to our high school grab them and then bring them to me before the game started.

Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
My older brother is my biggest fan because he was always there for me to offer advice both academically and athletically. He gives me pointers on how to better my technique and help me grow as an athlete as well as a young man.

Hunting and fishing are my go to activities. I enjoy being outdoors and I love the peacefulness and relaxation that these two activities bring me.

What is your favorite football memory to date?
My favorite football memory was when Trinity played our hometown rivalry Wash High and beat them 40 to 0.

My favorite place a running game is a play we like to call cowboy right. It is where I trap pole for the defensive tackle and clean his clock so the ball carrier has an open lane to run up the field.

The thing that scares me the most is getting injured and not being able to participate in a sports season.

Music of choice:
Country Music

I am not sure who it was against but the game that I remember my brother playing was when the ball suddenly came loose and my brother picked it up and started running for the goal line and as a lineman that was very exciting for me and my family to see.
