Khylil is a natural leader and phenomenal person led the team in rushing with over a 1,000 yards rushing and also tallied 400 yards on special teams! He is a special talent who can absolutely play at the next level!

What is the best part of being a student-athlete at Cornell High School ?
The discipline you learn and build into your character.

How long have you been playing football(any level) ?
I’ve been playing football now for 9 years.

Of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with what made it so good ?
freshman year vs Monessen, it was loud and a lot of excitement.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense ? Explain
Offense, we can drive into the end-zone and score under pressure.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest achievement ?
Getting 1st Team All Conference.

What was the high point of the 2023 season ?
Rushing over 1,000 yards with 7 picks and 13 touchdowns.

What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2024 ?
The team leaders.

What are your goals for the 2024 season ?
To become a leader on my team and teach others.

Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
Barry Sanders, I think I have a similar play style.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
My long touchdown against Fort Cherry was 73 yards and it was my first carry of the game.

Who is the best player(s) you have ever lined up against and what team did they play for ?
Ethan Gardner from OLSH.

What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
Penn State’s Beaver Stadium

What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
The Ravens, because of Lamar Jackson.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
When we went to watch West Virginia, it was my first college game.

What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
The Longest Yard, it shows to play as a team.

Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
The soft calls.

Picking the ball off in practice when I knew the play.

I think the best place to live would be in the city because, there’s a lot to do.
