Coach says: “Markus (6’4 270) is a 2 sport athlete (football/basketball) who made the transition from TE to Offensive Tackle in 2024. He was an all conference pick last season. Markus will be a 3 year starter at South Allegheny. He has worked tremendously hard this off-season and we are excited to see the fruits of his labor this fall. Markus is looking to have an expanded role on the team with his ability to play on the defensive line. He is currently being recruited by FCS and D2 schools”.

Why do you play football?
because i love the game and i want to become the best verison of my self

KD just because he plays so much different than other stars
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
i dont have a favorite play
What was last years season like for you?
it was great due it being our first playoff win in 40 years
What are your goals for this coming season?
to get a scholarship and be all state
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
chris climes or my team mate camden lewis
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
when the bills played the chiefs in the playoffs it was my favorite cause there was a lot of scoring
Describe what the perfect teammate is
the perfect teammate is one thats gonna lead and willing to do anything for the team

its good because its a good example of hard work

my dad because he puts others before him self and he is a really caring person

my favorite drill is the ladder and least favorite is pursit drill
