Let’s get to know Josh:
How long have you been playing football?
I have been playing since I was in first grade.
Why did you start playing football?
I started playing because my brother started playing at a young age as well, so I wanted to do what he did.
Do you have a personal goal this year and if so, what?
I want to make playoffs and win a championship. The personal goals will come but I am more focused on the team.
Who or what is your biggest motivation?
I would say just myself being a competitive person and that I hate losing would be my biggest motivation.
What is a favorite moment with the team you remember from your high school career?
My favorite moment with the team is when we beat Penn-Trafford on week zero last season.
What are you going to miss the most about the class of 2025?
The brotherhood we had together, we were a really close team and family.
Do you have any advice for underclassmen?
My advice for the underclassmen would be you might think what you are doing is a waste of time or that no one sees it, but it is getting you prepared for what is ahead of you. If you get an opportunity do not waste, it.
What is your favorite pre-game song?
Dreams and Nightmares.
What is your pre-game routine?
Pre-game meal, chill out for a bit, pre-game lift and agility to get the body going and then listen to some music with the team.
What is your favorite movie?
Rocky 4.
What do you do for fun when not playing football?
I like to go out to eat with my friends and workout.
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you visit?
I would go to the Bahamas or Hawaii because it looks like it would be fun to vacation there.
What is your favorite subject in the school?
Math.
What is your favorite dessert?
Ice cream.
If you did not play football what is another fall sport you would play?
If I did not play football in the fall I would have to play golf.
Do you have any pets and if so, what?
I have a pet turtle.
What is your favorite part of being a Norwin student?
The best part about being a Norwin student is the relationship I have with my teachers and friends.
