Anthony Charles Commits to University of Minnesota

On Sunday, Anthony Charles, a 6’5, 200-pound defensive end and tight end from South Fayette High School committed to the University of Minnesota.
Charles, who will graduate in 2026, is ranked the number five edge rusher in PA. He secured 28 total tackles during his junior season, 20 of which were solo. Charles also had six sacks and one blocked field goal during the 2025 season.
Charles over 10 DI offers including Minnesota, Michigan, Miami Ohio, Youngstown, Cincinnati, Wisconsin, West Virgina, Akron, Sacramento State, Buffalo, Michigan State, Toledo, Penn State and Syracuse.
