Four Central Catholic Vikings sign their letter of intent

Cental Catholic’s Payton Wehner, Peter Gonzalez, Ty Yuhas, and Anthony Speca signed their NLI’s to play D1 College football today.
Wehner signed to Saint Francis University.
Wehner had other offers to play at Cal, The Citidel, and Mercyhurst. Wehner finished the season with a 69% completion percentage, 2,940 passing yards, and 36 TDs.
Wehner also sits 13th all time in the WPIAL for passing yards, Central Catholic’s all time passing yards leader and finished in the FAB 22.
Gonzalez signed to Penn State University
Gonzalez is a two-time first team all conference, and a one-time first team all state receiver. This season Gonzalez finished with 40+ receptions, 1,000+ passing yards, and 12 TDs.
Yuhas signed to the University of Pittsbrugh
Yuhas is a three-star DE/DL for the Vikings. Yuhas recorded 43 tackles including 13 for a loss, and four sacks. Yuhas also had an offer from Kent State.
Speca signed to Penn State University
Speca is a two-time all state LB, one-time first team all American, and a part of the FAB 22. Specs had offers from Akron, Boston College, Cincinnati, and 20 other D1 programs.
