Kemon Spell Commits to Penn State

On Friday, McKeesport rising sophomore running back Kemon Spell committed to Penn State University.
Spell in his first season had 37 carries for 500+ yards and 12 TDs.
Spell had nine other division one offers within Akron, Florida State, Marshall, Michigan, Michigan State, Pitt, UNLV, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
