Eddie Lewis had put the Prexies back within reach. In the second half of overtime, on the Prexies second play. Eddie Lewis had brought Wash High within a point. An extra point would have sent the game to Double Overtime. Mike Bosnic went for the jugular.
Davoun Fuse took the snap from the three, scrambled to the left, dove between the blockers, and was held up by Dashawn Harmon and Keandre Williams. Stopped at the one yardline, the 4 seeded Prexies were upended by the New Brighton Lions.
