In a commanding performance at home, the Pittsburgh Panthers overwhelmed the NC State Wolfpack 53-34. Pittsburgh set the tone early with a quick scoring drive in the first quarter and continued to build momentum through the game. Despite NC State’s efforts and a few big plays, including a 65-yard touchdown run early in the second quarter, they couldn’t keep pace defensively. A standout moment came in the third quarter when Pitt exploded for an 84-yard touchdown pass, extending their lead dramatically. Pittsburgh’s balanced attack, timely scoring, and opportunistic defense proved too much for NC State, securing a decisive conference win.
