The Upper Saint Clair Panthers advanced to 3-0 on the season after defeating the Franklin Regional Panthers 45-7.
After a punt on the opening drive from Franklin Regional, Upper Saint Clair needed only one play to open the scoring with a Julian Dahlem.
Four minutes and 38 seconds later USC struck again but this time from Dante Coury. Coury would find the endzone again before the end of the quarter making it 21-0 by the time action in the second quarter began.

Franklin Regional would punt again, which was a common theme as they never crossed onto the USC side of the field the entire first half.
QB Ethan Hellman would give a touch pass to Nico D’Orazio for a long receiving touchdown less than a minute into the second quarter.
Ethan Blough would get the pick for USC and tack on a field goal to make it 31-0 with eight minutes and 55 seconds left in the second quarter.
Charlie Bywalski would reach the endzone for Upper Saint Clair before halftime and the Panthers had a solid 38-point lead at halftime.

After the half, USC put in backup QB Josh Snyder in and he would take the rest of the snaps. Upper Saint Clair would have their first punt of the game at eight minutes and four seconds left in the fourth quarter.
After a few punts, Franklin Regional found the endzone via Chase Lemke with a minute and a half left in the third quarter.
Due to the mercy rule in affect, the fourth quarter would fly by and end with a Snyder rushing touchdown to give the final score of 45-7.
Upper Saint Clair advances to 3-0 on the early season, and will travel and play 1-1 Hampton while Franklin Regional drop to 2-1 and play host to the undefeated Greater Latrobe Wildcats.
