Here are the teams from District 8 who have made it to the PIAA title game and their overall record in the championships.

District 8 (Pittsburgh City League) has dwindled over the years and only had six members. They haven’t had an impact team in over 15 years. Perry Traditional Academy is the only team to even appear in a state title game and managed to win one and that was a District 7 (WPIAL) team.
District 8 title game facts
- Perry appeared in title games at Hershey and Altoona.
- The Commodores played Berwick both times.
