What does your offense need to improve on from last year?
This is my 1st season at St. Marys. But, from coaching against them last year, our offense needs to be more balanced. We’ve had a great summer. With many kids working in the off-season program, we’ve become stronger, faster and more confident. Maintaining that confidence will be a key to having a successful year.
What does your defense need to improve on from last year
They need to play disciplined, fast and aggressive. With the confidence we’ve attained and with trying to play a simple, but diverse defense, that will lead to some improvement.
What are your overall thoughts on this years team?
With our off-season program, we are excited to get going. The players are really buying in to what we are trying to teach them. I feel we have a great staff with some high-motor coaches who are very knowledgeable as well. It could be a really fun season.
