Let’s get to know Preston!
Why do you play football?
Football has become part of my life over the years. It is kind of like therapy for me and I would love to be able to play college ball. Football has also taught me so much and that it’s more than just the game itself. You learn to how to be responsible, a teammate, leader, and have a sense of resilience.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
Darren Sproles because he was not the biggest, strongest, or fastest. But however he used the best of his ability and worked his butt off and was a very good running back in his career.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
Yes my sophomore season in the first round of playoffs against Cameron County. I was blocking for an qb sweep which then Gavin Ayers our qb at the time ran for the touchdown putting us up for the win.
What was last years season like for you?
For the team is was kind of a ruff season but however I am ready for this upcoming season for a new beginning. For me I had a decent season but however I need to improve my stats to make it to the next level. I will do my absolute best to turn this team around and surprise d9.
What are your goals for this coming season?
To improve from last season and ball out to play college ball somewhere.
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
When I play a football game I don’t really remember the names of people I play but however I do remember the quarterback in ridgeway (PA) last season.
Describe what the perfect teammate is
Someone who picks the team up and does not criticize others. Also someone who is willing to stride for victory and hard work.
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
It brings the town together and can cheer for something similar. It also gives good entertainment for Friday nights
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Go play division 1
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
My brother Diyon because he got me into lifting young. And now I thank him and want to make him proud.
What is your favorite practice drill? What is your least favorite practice drill?
My favorite is Oklahoma drill and I don’t know my least favorite.

Are necessary and ideal to get the team in shape for the upcoming season.
Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
My little brothers because they are always so excited after games and before games.
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
I would say lifting or spending time with family and friends.
What is your favorite play to run?
Any time I get to blitz.

Hip hop
Best thing you ever got from a teammate? Why?
A sack in a game because I love to see it.
Best Pizza topping?
I am cheese pizza guy but pepperoni is good.
What is your favorite vacation destination?
I would like to go to Florida
Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?
Yes it was Steelers vs Bengals in 2014 regular season.
