Let’s get to know Preston!

Why do you play football?

Football has become part of my life over the years. It is kind of like therapy for me and I would love to be able to play college ball. Football has also taught me so much and that it’s more than just the game itself. You learn to how to be responsible, a teammate, leader, and have a sense of resilience.

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

Darren Sproles because he was not the biggest, strongest, or fastest. But however he used the best of his ability and worked his butt off and was a very good running back in his career.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

Yes my sophomore season in the first round of playoffs against Cameron County. I was blocking for an qb sweep which then Gavin Ayers our qb at the time ran for the touchdown putting us up for the win.

What was last years season like for you?

For the team is was kind of a ruff season but however I am ready for this upcoming season for a new beginning. For me I had a decent season but however I need to improve my stats to make it to the next level. I will do my absolute best to turn this team around and surprise d9.

What are your goals for this coming season?

To improve from last season and ball out to play college ball somewhere.

Who is the best player you ever lined up against?

When I play a football game I don’t really remember the names of people I play but however I do remember the quarterback in ridgeway (PA) last season.

Describe what the perfect teammate is

Someone who picks the team up and does not criticize others. Also someone who is willing to stride for victory and hard work.

Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community

It brings the town together and can cheer for something similar. It also gives good entertainment for Friday nights

My brother Diyon because he got me into lifting young. And now I thank him and want to make him proud.

My favorite is Oklahoma drill and I don’t know my least favorite.

Preseason Two a Days are:

Are necessary and ideal to get the team in shape for the upcoming season.

My little brothers because they are always so excited after games and before games.
