The Yuma Indians traveled just over 70 miles to drive home a victory. A first quarter touchdown would prove to be the game winner, while one of two on field goals made it 10-0 at the intermission. Wiggins scored from 7 yards out on a run up the middle, but couldn’t mount a sustained drive in the fourth quarter. While Yuma tacked on a back-breaking 43 yard TD run in the final stanza to make it nearly insurmountable, 16-6.
