The opening quarter gave the large Indiana crowd a glimpse of what we all were going to be in for, as far as the final three quarters were concerned. Brock Combs would net 34 of the 55 total yards that Evansville Memorial would gain, in the opening quarter. For East Noble Nick Munson caught two passes for 25 yards, in all the Knights totaled just 47 yards. The 2nd quarter would bring more defense, especially from East Noble, who gave up a total of 15 yards. The Knights offense would fair somewhat better as they gained 96 yards, including 27 yard field goal off of the foot of senior kicker Joe Painter. The field goal was the only points scored in the opening half.

The 2nd half started off much like the first half, with one major exception and that was the third quarter brought two touchdowns by the Tigers, that gave them a 14-3 lead. The first score came with 3:55 left, with Junior quarterback Colton Pence hitting Will Bracket from 6 yards out. The 2nd score came on a 1 yard power run from Brock Combs. Both point after kicks by Nico Brougham were true. The Tigers defense roared in a lion like way by giving up just 14 yards. At this point of the game, leading the Tigers defense with 9 tackles was Bracket. The Knights defense had given up just 163 yards, after three quarters and leading the unit with 10 tackles was Jacob VanGorder. The fourth quarter brought one touchdown by the Tigers, with Combs doing the honors on a fine looking 65 yard run. The point after made this a 21-3 game and that also would be the final score. Defense ruled this game overall, with both teams combining to give up just 477 yards. Of the 477 yards only 133 came through the air. There were a total of 24 first downs, with the Tigers getting 13. A surprising stat among all of the defenses was 13 third down conversion combined.

Brock Combs had 148 all-purpose yards to lead the Tigers.
Colton Pence completed 7-10 passes for just 40 yards and 1 TD for the Tigers.
