After Poplar’s loss last Thursday night in Circle, Montana, they returned home to host the Plentywood Wildcats on Thursday night. A battle of two 0-5 teams still took on all the pageantry and intrigue of any other game. A small town in the Fort Peck Reservation, the Poplar Indians had a small pregame ritual. The local bank, Independence Bank, served free chili and fry bread for the fans in attendance.
