Main Headlines: Maybe the worst weather for Friday night lights yet this season. Remnants of Hurricane Helene will bring outer rain bands and gusty winds to some regions across the Commonwealth, making for a wet night. The best chance for the steadiest rainfall will be further south and west. Do not forget the rain gear!
