Josh Ehrlich connects on a touchdown throw to Kyle Howes in the second quarter to score the game’s second touchdown. Susquehanna retrieves the ball after a sack and fumble by Catholic’s defense. Midway in the second, Susquehanna makes a field goal to increase its lead to 16-0. Preston Jeffrey is the target of a touchdown pass from Catholic’s number 8 Madden Lowe. With 3 seconds left in the first half, Susquehanna kicks a field goal to extend their advantage to 19-7.
Jake Schultes secures a sack in the third quarter. Then Susquehanna makes another field goal to extend their advantage to 22-7. Josh Parson records the game’s second sack.Josh Ehrlich scores the touchdown on a QB keep by using his legs. Before the third quarter ends, Tommy Grabowski runs into the end zone to increase the margin to 36-7.
Several Susquehanna defenders sack the quarterback in the fourth quarter. The Riverhawks then used Bobby Croyle as a backup quarterback. Susquehanna attempts but fails to make a field goal. The score is 36-14 after a touchdown by Catholic. Then Susquehanna immediately returns, and player number 15 Dominic Winn returns the kickoff a long way for a touchdown. The Riverhawks defense’s Xaiver Maple intercepts the quarterback. After that, Bobby Croyle operates a quarterback keep to take it into the end zone. Then, in the game’s closing moments, Catholic scores a running touchdown.
