LET’S GET TO KNOW JONNY

Coach says :

Jonny has started on both sides of the ball dating back to his sophomore season. As a sophomore, he earned honorable mention as a defense end in the Greater Allegheny Conference. He has also started 2 seasons on the offensive line. He is making the switch to TE & H-back for his Sr year on offense. Measuring 6’1″ & weighing 210 lbs he will provide a big target in the passing game. He also runs well and has been clocked at 4.9 in the 40 yard dash. We are looking for him to have a big year

Do you have a favorite professional sports team?

– Definitely the Pittsburgh Steelers

Do you have a favorite athlete?
– Yea being a Western Pa Guy, it definitely has to be Big Ben( Former Pittsburgh Steeler Super Bowl winning QB Ben Roethlisberger).

Something you’d like to do in football that you might never get to do?

– That’s a tough one but I’d have to say play at the next level

Sheetz or Wawa?

-Sheetz, no doubt.

Stadium you’d like to visit?

-Memorial Stadium (Home of the Clemson Tigers).

Favorite College Football team?

-Even though they aren’t the greatest right now, the Pitt Panthers for sure.

What are your goals this upcoming season?

– I’d like to grow as a leader and help our team be the best we can be.

What sports do you like to watch on TV?

-Rugby Mostly, I just feel like it’s all a combination of all the best parts of Football.

When you’re not doing something for either of your sports what do you like to do?

Workout , and hang with my friends.
Aside from your parents who would you consider your biggest fan?

Definitely my grandparents, they’re at every game they can make it to, football or rugby.

Who would you say is your mentor?

-My Dad for sure, he’s definitely someone I try to be like.

What Music do you listen to in warmups?

-Guns N Roses
