Let’s Get To Know Landen
Why do you play football?
I play football because I love it, there’s no other sport I’d rather play.
What is your favorite part about football?
The team bond you get to experience and all the relationships and experiences that come along with it.
What is your favorite play to run?
QB sneak.
What is your favorite football memory?
Freshman year when we won first round playoff game against Penns Manor.
What was last year’s season like for you?
Breakthrough, as a team we didn’t achieve what we wanted but on an individual standpoint, I showed just how good I can be.
Who is the best player you have ever competed against?
Nate Myers, Southern Hundington, 2023.
What are your goals for this upcoming season?
Team goal is to be playing our best ball at the end of the season and make a run in the district playoffs. Personal goal is to be the best player on the field at all times.
What’s your favorite pre-game meal?
Turkey Sub and chocolate chip granola bar from Pennywrens.
Is there a professional player you model your game after? If yes, who?
Not really, I take things from different players like Myles Garret, TJ Watt, Nick Bosa, and Micah Parsons. Love the way they set the edge and get after the QB. But also love the way Fred Warner stops the run but can also get back in pass coverage and fly around Sideline to sideline.
What is your favorite professional sports team?
Steelers.
What is your favorite field to play at?
Home field is always the best but Northern Bedford always has a great atmosphere.
What is your favorite all-time game you’ve played in?
At Curwensville my freshman year we may have lost but it was an action packed game and atmosphere was crazy.
Who has been the most influential person on your athletic career?
My dad, he never played sports in school but he always pushed especially when is started taking things seriously, he didn’t want me to stray. And Coach Dan Dudurich, he’s al says helped and has been hard on me since I was young.
What is another sport you wish you could play, but can’t?
Lacrosse.
What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
Getting taken deep on back to back pitches this year in baseball during our first round playoff game, eventually lost the game because of it.

Play college football and start a new chapter of life.
