Coach Wicks says “Jeremiah is a playmaker. He is fearless. He had torn his acl the yr before and now he is stronger than before. Jeremiah lost his father in 2017. The family was on vacation in the Outer banks when they hit a riptide while swimming in the ocean. It was told he saved the children, but he wasn’t able to make it”

Why do you play football?
I play football in memory of my father, and because he gave me a love for it as a young kid
It’s gameday! What are you looking forward to the most?
The butterfly feeling and running into someone for the first time of the game, setting the tone
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
Dalvin Cook, played for my favorite college football team and I love his style of running and the physicality that he runs with
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
Freshman year, taking a kickoff back for a touchdown the first play of the second half against Milton
What was last years season like for you?
It went well, I rushed for over a thousand yards and our team won a playoff game, Im looking for a lot more for me and us this year though.
What are your goals for this coming season?
2,000 yards, helping lead my team to a deep playoff run
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
Hayden Packer from Jersey Shore
What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?
SHI Stadium (Rutgers)
What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
The New York Jets
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
Indiana beating Penn State in 2020. Both teams played so well and Michael Penix Jr. completely stretching out for the winning 2 pt conversion was iconic
What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
Southpaw, it shows how strong an athletes will can be after losing everything
If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?
“Get Outside!”
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
To throw a touchdown in a high school game
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
My Father and Uncles because they were all really talented football players who were very successful
Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
Rugby, I used to play but our area doesn’t have a team anymore
What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
Throwing an interception on a toss pass against Mifflinburg
Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
Definitely my grandpa, he calls himself my agent and has been to every one of my games since I started playing
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
I love traveling and exploring different cities in different states
What is your favorite football memory to date?
Scoring a long touchdown against Montoursville in the playoffs last year to change momentum and help us break away
What is your favorite play to run?
Any play that gets downhill and towards the end zone fast
What scares you the most?
Football-feeling like there was more i could’ve done for a result. Life- dropping my phone into a storm drain haha

Anything Nirvana
What was your favorite gift as a little boy? Why?
Tickets to a Jets game with my dad and best friend because it’s a special memory
What restaurant is your go to when you need a big meal?
Country Cupboard in Lewisburg used to be a big go to before it closed, now probably just Applebees
What is your favorite vacation destination?
Walt Disney World
Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?
The first football game I ever remember watching was the Lewisburg State Semifinal game at Hershey Park Stadium in 2010, my dad was a coach
