Why do you play football?
I grew up watching the game. I started from a very young age and it’s taught me so many life lessons to better myself.
What is your favorite part about football?
The brotherhood football creates.
What is your favorite play to run?
35 belly. I started out hating it, but later on it started to work every time.
What is your favorite football memory?
Scoring my first varsity touchdown last year.
What was last year’s season like for you?
Last season was like a roller coaster. Losing to Homer City at the beginning of the year made us change everything. We moved everyone around. Me from guard to running back and changing our playbook. This change started out with us losing 2 more games in a row, but later it made us a stronger team that did better than anyone anticipated at the beginning of the year.
Who is the best player you have ever competed against?
Jack Sheredy (Northern Cambria)
What are your goals for this upcoming season?
To have over 1,000 rushing yards and make playoffs.
What’s your favorite pre-game meal?
Italian hoagie from Martins gas station.
Is there a professional player you model your game after? If yes, who?
Yes, Derek Watt. He is a hard runner that can also block like a lineman.
What is your favorite professional sports team?
Pittsburgh Steelers
What is your favorite field to play at?
Northern Cambria
What is your favorite all-time game you’ve played in?
West Shamokin, last season to make playoffs.
Who has been the most influential person on your athletic career?
My coach Adam Rising got me into football in the 3rd grade. He has provided many opportunities for me to better myself such as cap Mahonining, Shippensburg camp, Penn States lineman camp, and many more.
What is another sport you wish you could play, but can’t?
Rugby.
What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
When I fumbled a kickoff return and lost the game due to it.
What would you like to do after high school?
Play college football and major in business.
